The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and was completed in the beginning of 2019.

It consists of two separate beds and one sofa bed. This means that a total of 3 guests can stay in this apartment. Bed linen will be provided.

In addition to a TV, the apartment also has a PC workstation and WiFi.

The bathroom is new and has a walk-in shower. Towels will be provided.

Parking is available in front of the house.

The apartment is located at ground level, therefore a barrier-free access is possible.

Grocery stores, various restaurants and in spring / summer an ice cream parlor are within walking distance (7 minutes).

Sports and leisure facilities, such as an outdoor pool, indoor pool and a fitness club (climbing) are to find in the village. The area is also famous for its fantastic nature like the Three Emperor-Mountains (Drei Kaiserberge) and the hiking tours, which come with it.

Pets are welcome.
